Welcome to Boca on the Fly
I have been fishing with Captain Al for years. The guy knows how to put people on fish. He is obsessed with the intricacies of fly fishing and works his butt off for his clients. The snook I caught above was incredible. Al put me in perfect position as the boat drifted quickly by a creek inlet. After hook up we risked losing the fish as the boat was drifting fast but Al was like a super hero jumping from polling to the cranking the engine and putting me back in position to fight the fish. What an awesome experience! Thanks again Al!

I've fished a few charters with Al and have to say he is the most experienced and passionate guide I have come across in decades of fishing across the globe. He adapts his advice to develop your technique whatever your experience level on fly, spin or bait. Night fly fishing for snook was exceptional! If you want a skipper with vast knowledge dedicated to getting you into fish and having a safe comfortable trip, look no further.

I have been fishing with Captain Al White for about eight years and can't say enough about his talents in knowing the fish, finding the fish and knowing the times, the winds, and weather conditions that capitalize on great fishing opportunities. Aways positive, great demeanor, and knows more about both fly fishing and spin casting than anyone I have met in my 50 plus years of fishing. With his guidance and direction counted 28 Snook in one morning of fishing
" Want to catch fish? " Call Captain Al and he will take you to catch fish!

When its late spring, I want to be on the bow of the skiff with Captain Al White fly fishing for giant tarpon. Al is knowledgeable in all things tarpon, flies, tackle and casting. He knows the Boca Grande area thoroughly and where to position the skiff for the best shots. I have been fly fishing for tarpon since the 80’s and I highly recommend a trip with Al, he will work hard for the full day and you will be a better fly fisherman by the end of the trip.
